Bell atlantic to sell modems for dsl service. Modem kits to self install high-speed internet access modems on their own will be available in bell atlantic mobile stores. kit will cost $229 with users getting a $130 rebate after signing with bell atlantic for 60 days. Kits will go on sale in late Oct.
