It makes no difference why they aren't calling it a cure for the common cold. The fact remains as I stated: GumTech does not characterize Zicam as a cure for the common cold. I don't know what Brown meant by regulatory reasons. It could be that they have to wait for the second round of clinical studies to be completed before they can say that, or it could be that "cure" has a legal connotation that must be proven with a different type of clinical study than they are doing.

Of course I do. I have been averaging into GUMM since my first trade in late January. Do you really think that I bought my entire position in a single trade? You just didn't interpret my comment correctly. Buy as much as you can afford doesn't mean buy it all at once and it has different meanings to different people depending on their risk aversion.
