<I doubt if much of the selling is from TVGIA shorters. I would tend to think that some of the momos that helped moved it from 66 to 88 in under 2 weeks are getting out, as momos do, due to the long time to merger completion> I think you are probably right. I just know that if I had a lot of TVGIA shares, and wanted out, that I might consider selling the equivalent number of GMST shares short as a way to (1) get a better price and (2) put off taxes to next year, when the deal closes.
