Gary, I would hope just reading the release would give you the information you seek. Things with HPS did not go smooth and part of their stake was bought back by the company. UICI put in money along side some other heavy weights in the private deal like Intel, Tudor and company. This company carries a lot of weight in the insurance world. This story is just gonna get better. For those who think this is an efficient market, I laugh loudly in sympathy. If it was, I'd be a lot poorer and PAMC's of the world would not be possible.
