Question: Does WGAT still plan to sell 3.5M shares? If so, it would seem less dilutive if insiders sold their shares rather than issuing new ones. For example, previously 50% of the 3.5M were not newly minted shares but merely increasing the float from insider sales. That meant 1.75M would have to be issued for 8% dilution on the 21.4M outstanding. Now w/only 600K being released by insiders, 2.9M of the 3.5M are newly minted creating 13.6% dilution.
Am I missing something? BTW, I love the company and its technology. Should be a $1B+ company if it improves its deployment slippage.

TJ
