Steve - re: "Obviously Intel has very few of these left, seeing as they can't get ONE SINGLE PRODUCT through to release cleanly these days.. "

Oh really ?

And what was the i810 chip set?

And the 810E chip set.

And the 500 MHz Celeron

And the 433 and 466 MHz Mobile Celerons.

And the IPX1200 Communications Processor with 6 StrongARM processors on-chip.

And the Intel Online Web Hosting Site Number 1 launch
And the 128 MegaBIT Flash EPROM ?

And the Profusion Chip set (Late but released).

And the 550 MHz Xeons - 2 MegaByte L2 cache.

And T1/E1 Tranceivers.

And USB versions of AnyPOINT home networking hardware

And SHiva VPN routers.

And 1.8 volt Dual Plane Flash Memory chips

And MERCED showing nearly full functionality on First Silicon and NOW RUNNING 5 Operating Systems on Merced 460GX Chip Sets?

ANd these, Steve, are just the SEPTEMBER MILESONES for Intel.

You are such an anti-Intel sycophant - blaming Intel for all your Cyrix losses - that you focus only on Intel's screw ups - of which there are a few - and completely ignore ALL their other successes.

That's why Intel can still make $1.5 to $2 BILLION in profit per quarter and all AMD can do is make headlines - and losses.
