Mike,
You can't tell what is going on with TRE.A's insider trading from the info provided by the securities commissions summaries. Even the original insider reports don't help much because (1) there is a confusing integration of companies and family trusts and (2) the insiders either don't know how or are too arrogant to fill their reports out correctly. Some of the info that appears to be sales are actually shares being gifted. For what it's worth (apparently not very much) the following statement occurs above the signature block on insider reports: "The undersigned certifies that the information given in this report is true and complete in every respect. It is an offence to file a report that, at the time and in the light of the circumstances in which it is made, contains a misrepresentation."
All the best,
Ben

Its a sham. Whack - down goes tree

They have gotten everyone all excited by reporting profits. They then get a bunch of investment banker types, show them a few piles of chips and BANG - they get another 20 MUS$ without anyone thinking it through. Were those actual reported profits or were they the money from the last loan ? Will these pyramid schemes never end ?

The company hypes it but meanwhile, they dump there shares.

Its a classic

Cheers

General:

I don't think this stock is a scam. They would have to be lying about sales, production etc.... I could see them inflating resource stock and future production. But that is not unusal.

However, I should of dumped my trading position at $2 plus. C'est la vie.
