If Oct 25th is the new release date, it's confusing that 3 major DRAM manufacturers have stated thru attributed quotes that they intend to convert lines to SDRAM. Converting to SDRAM while it may not be a huge deal is not a trivial decision. Would that be a prudent decision if RDRAM systems were only delayed 4 weeks. These guys didn't make their decisions in a vacuum. They would have asked Intel/Rambus/Boxmakers their status. I find it hard to believe that the attributed quotes, picked up by a wide variety of outlets and not denied, are FUD. Those statements and Jdaasoc's source at Dell don't jive. Rich
