Check it out. It may not rally right away, but I think it is clearly worth more than it is trading at by a wide margin. If you throw out the non-internet divisions of PROG as worthless and value them only based on internet sales, and using as "sales" 4 times the most recent months sales you get the following PSR valuations for some internet software vendors:

PSR
ITRA 8.8
DRIV 6.4
BYND 4.5
EGGS 1.3
PROG 2.3

Of course PROG makes money (except this quarter), so it is only to be expected that their valuation would be lower than the others. <VBG>

But no need to feel sorry for me. PROG is just one of many, and another day it will go up while others will fall. That is why we buy portfolios of stocks instead of putting all our eggs in one basket.
