I am afraid it is too late to register a claim. The time to become a part of the suit was when the class action was filed. That was about two years ago or so. I just received the notification that the suit has been settled. Then the law firm instructed me to send in copies of all the CAWS transactions and show my losses.

Lawyers will get a third and the rest will be divided among those who filed. I do not know how they calculated the payout and for all I know it may change due to the number of people who actually took part in the suit. I recall that several people on this thread said that they would not take part in the suit for one reason or another.
