That was very nice to hear Frederick.

Stocks can be traded on fundamentals or as technical charts ... there are many way's that individuals trade. I enjoy discussion on both, but thrive on the technicals.

Auric is very good at delving into the fundamentals ... I am not as good

I find valuation to be in the eye of the beholder, which is what makes the market so difficult to understand, so I make use of charting as a way to place that value.

Having been on SI for several years, I have found trading friends that are most trustworthy on the Z thread. We have a real time, short term trading portfolio that about 5 of us contribute to often. We help each other and have learned how to give criticism as well as support in a respectful (and often humorous) way.

If everyone were to say a stock is going up, and everyone 'agreed' with no criticisma or other opinion of the stock ... what good would that serve if a stock goes down? That would eventually breed distrust, and in the end all would be the losers.

The Z thread has helped me to learn that, and in the end, if one is honest and just tries their best, others will help and then all will gain.

This is the Zportfolio thread:
Subject 11272
this is the Z chat thread:
Subject 11011

the thread is open and friendly to (most) all who post.
no bb's and no hypsters are welcome though

The news about underwriters taking on 600,000 more shares looks to be good. It isn't too many shares to really effect the float, and it means that they want the stock. Is the little dip in price a buying opp??

Any thoughts on how this compares to cmrc

PPRO must go! And I do mean down. Who would want such a thing in a vicious down market? It is not the 1st stock on anybody's list when they are getting margin calls.
