Glenn, I am surprised they haven't already. Didn't Morgan Stanley recently comment? Maybe they are working on something else or Blodget hasn't gotten around to it. Other analysts at ML have their reports loaded and ready to fire as soon as the research restriction is lifted. Blodget doesn't seem to be as anxious. You could ask your FC to look into the status of the restriction. Ask her if she or other ML employees are allowed to buy it for their own accounts. If they can, it's probably a Blodget-specific thing. Bob
