I usually play MU to the short side also, but buy puts when it runs up like this. I have puts right now, and I'm up. I would argue that it would be intelligent to hedge your long positions somehow with crap stocks in the same field. I know that MB was long INTC until 1997 in a paired trade, long INTC short MOT. Anyone who makes or loses money in the short run in this market shouldn't be disparaged because this market isn't running on fundamentals but spin.
