If you are looking for a real internet stock you have found it. One thing is for sure: There actually is a market for this service. However, they have failed to achieve their goals before and have not given any good reason to believe that they will achieve their future goals.

It depends upon your level of risk. It's a lot more attractive at around $.30 than it was around $3.00. It will probably go down some more.

I would also like to see the SEC filing first.

Press Release - Oct. 26, 1999.
OnLine Adds Web Server in Anticipation of Los Angeles Volume
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- OnLine Production Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ONPSE), a leading provider of innovative internet-based communications software for film and television professionals has added an additional server, currently the most powerful of nine servers operated by OnLine, six months earlier than anticipated.

After launching their Casting Workbook software to casting directors on May 5th in Los Angeles, OnLine chose to move forward the installation of an additional and more robust server to handle the volume that the Casting Workbook is anticipating when film, television and commercial projects (script breakdowns) begin widespread distribution on the Casting Workbook in Los Angeles.

Susan Fox, V.P. Marketing for Online states, "We've been ramping up in Los Angeles since May and began to realize that the volume was greater than originally anticipated. We were shown a large stack of actor submissions (photos and resumes) for one film breakdown, by a Los Angeles casting director that we estimated at 20,000. The largest number of submissions that we had seen previously was under 3,000 for a single project. We held off the release of Los Angeles breakdowns until we could get our servers ready for the anticipated volume of business." Casting Workbook has been posting just under 300 script breakdowns per month and after October 25th, the 100 new casting director members from Los Angeles will begin their breakdowns and we are expecting a significant increase in volume over the next month."

Chuck Buckley, VP Information Services for OnLine says, "With multiple redundant internal systems and 24 hour, 7 days a week support from IBM, we have a proven reliability in the PC server marketplace. With cluster certified parts, we are now in a position to multiply our server power by adding more servers quickly, seamlessly and reliably as required."

Rob Edwards, Manager of Compugen Systems Ltd. states, "Compugen has partnered with IBM and the staff at OnLine Production Services to provide a technology infrastructure that is capable of unleashing the power of the Internet."

OnLine Production Services' casting software, Casting Workbook, is considered the premier internet communications software for casting directors and talent agents. Utilized by the majority of casting directors and talent agents in Canada, the software has gained popularity in Los Angeles since its launch there in May 1999 and has already attracted over 100 casting directors including many from major studios and networks such as Paramount Studios, MGM, Dreamworks, NBC, Columbia Studios, Sony and 20th Century Fox.
