I imagine that there is some fear of tax-loss selling as we approach the end of the year. I am watching a number of small caps which may be unceremoniously (and unfairly) slaughtered as we approach 12.31.99- and which, like AXPH, may provide compelling opportunities.

What hope exists in the near term rests with analyst upgrades, progress in/or to the clinic, or speculation of pharma interest a la CCHM.
