I see support around $34 or so. That would represent a 25% correction from the peak, and a 20% drop from here. No big deal, since it would probably be finished in about 2 weeks. A sell-off prior to earnings would set the stage for a monster rally, especially if Q3 blows out earnings (and without wrestling!). The passing of WCW-filled quarters could mark the end of the typical run-up prior to earnings, and the sell-off afterwards. It would make more sense if the stock were to be compressed first, and then pop like a champagne cork upon announcement of great numbers. The next 3 months will be filled with lots of market-moving press releases, from Q3 results to WWF games, to a 2-1 split, perhaps another major deal, etc.

Based on the charting I do for THQI which is very simplistic. I would say support would come around were the previous breakout occurred around $34. Although I think if the market and stock hold up well-it could just consolidate between 39-43 -and then hopefully breakout. The reason I say this is because the stock is way above it's 50 dma. I haven't looked at the shorter ma's-but it's not unusual for the stock to consolidate while the ma play catch up. Im sure some folks have done more fun stuff like bollinger bands-channels etc. Well that's my take!
