Technovision Systems Inc TVS

Thu 7 Oct 99 News Release
Mr. Gordon Tremain reports
The company has entered into an alliance with MegaChain.com Ltd., a
Vancouver-based company. MegaChain has developed proprietary software
allowing Internet E-mail users to become involved in various advertising
campaigns and actually earn commissions by forwarding incentive programs to
friends, relatives, and business associates.
Technovision, through its trademarked operating division UNIServe Online,
will offer its customer base, now numbering over 30,000 subscribers, the
opportunity to receive and make use of this permission-based E-mail
advertising. Gordon Tremain commented: "As one of the leading ISP's in the
region, we continually strive to provide our subscribers with the latest
value-added services the Web has to offer. Not only will the MegaChain
alliance provide our interested customers with a chance to find bargains
and earn money, it should create an additional revenue stream for us as
well. We feel that as the Web moves toward a more business
transaction-based format, alliances such as ours with MagaChain.com are
forward-thinking and mutually beneficial."
Mr. Tremain went on to say, "Business commerce is the fastest growing
segment of Internet usage and we intend to take advantage of every
opportunity to enhance Technovision's shareholder value."
