NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1999--Asian Internet Service Providers are among the hottest non-domestic IPOs of the year.

China.com (Nasdaq:CHINA) went public July 13 and its stock more than tripled on its first day public. Internet Initiative Japan (Nasdaq:IIJI) was trading at $64.37 early on Sept. 30, well above its Aug. 4 offering price.
