If it is true that prisoners are not getting full treatment, it's insane. There is no other word for it. It's a death sentence, not only to them, but to the public at large.

It is my understanding ..given the limited amout of knowledge gleaned from the 60 minute special on TB in Russian Prisons.. That you are both correct. The one issue they were dealing with was the fact that Antibiotic Research in no longer profitable and this is very frightening to me..GWB spoke out somewhat those line "according" to this mornings paper. He appears to be cohersing the Republican Party to take strong but Gentler lines..He is in essence directing the Republican Party>>>
