i really dont think that there is much float, and i wouldnt expect that we will see the big run untill they are compliant with nasdaq. then possibly full board.. the big joint venture will have changed the fundamental nature of the company .. the news is in fact huge .. now it needs to be managed properly..

Freddie, you're thinking like a Canuck when you mention halt. This is the BB, it rarely, if ever happens, and when it does, it's usually SEC or NASD ordered, not like Canada where company halts pending news.
