Some of us are vegans, PETA, SPCA who are liable to get airsick. Seriously, judging by Henry's past record(re: StarSight SGHT acquisition), he will fly his jet higher and damn the seagulls! The analysts had the same concerns then(Jun 1997), and H&Q even downgraded GMST when it was at 10(post split)! I look at Yuen's track record, the fact that this joint company is a much more stable entity with the blessing of everyone and anyone who matters(Murdoch, Malone, MSFT, AOL, ATT, most cable companies, ALL the major braodcasters, all the CE boxmakers and today the Cable box makers). I want to minimize the hyperbole(heck they quote SI'ers on CBS yesterday :-) ), but I think its fair to say that TVGuide Intl. is gonna be a powerhouse. I ain't folding NOW... -pwm edit: yikes, we are at 77& change now!
