OSCR: called Gerry at 516-454-1577, CCM Computer Assoc.. He is the CEO of American operations. I am confident we have a winner here. I would like to see OSCR on the index.

S.W, Mac, OSCR, I am very impressed by the Company and Management... Here is a little more "Meat" to flesh out the Company..... 1) The Audit is completed by a major Auditor and the 10SB will soon be filed... 2) After the Company raked in $20 Millions last Quarter, the Cash on hand situation should not a problem... End of Year is December 1999... 3) Plans are made to spin off the Internet Virtual Shopping from the Technology oriented, Voice and Fax over IP, entity... The reasoning behind the move is that the Internet component commands a far higher PE than the Technology Division, which is not currently reflected while they both exist together under the same umbrella... Makes sense and I confess I like the Company, its Business and Management a great deal, bearing in mind I am a biased and optimistic long... Regards, F.
