Steven, If memory serves me correctly, Sprint does far more with NT than with CSCO. Worldcom is a big user of the old CSCC products (like the frame relay stuff recently in the news...). This deal is expected to take at least a year to complete. It will be interesting to see how the networks are integrated. WCOM tends to be the controlling influence in their acquisitions, but they also seem to take the path of piecemeal integration. The deals and network plans in place may continue as planned. (pure speculation) Brian
