Thanks for the Motorola info Mark... In case anybody has missed it, I think it is reasonable to say here that voice user interfaces as a market, and as a marketable concept have arrived. I also think it's reasonable to say that General Magic was first on the scene, currently has the biggest user base and offers the best most technologically advanced product in the market. It will be interesting moving forward to see how the market views General Magic; Hopefully in the good light I believe it still deserves. At this point the only negative I see is the current convertible financing issue... it will take some very serious concerted buy interest to offset the short interest, over an extended period of time. The way I read the 8K was that there will be three more conversion periods spread out until June of 2000. This could mean continued organized short selling. Increased demand for product, "significant revenues", attention to this particular market, major deals and several other factors could all bode well for this company, and in particular the share price, in the short, intermediate and long term. The market is here now...there is more than enough evidence of that. GMGC always recognized the potential of this market and developed a business model and product as such. I see no reason at this point why they should fail to execute. It will be very interesting indeed to see how the rest of this story unfolds. Finally I direct anyone who hasn't browsed this link to take a little time... any company that chairs a symposium like this, and keeps company with the attendees who are participating in such deserves more than a little respect. I can't believe that savvy, cutting edge informed tech investors can ignore this kind of development...genmagic.com Best of Luck and thanks again for consistently sharing informative and relevant info. Best Regards, John Madarasz
