>>Cymer will maintain virtually all of its non-Japanese market share<<................>>>Komatsu has shipped three units to Taiwan (no damage in the quake), one to Samsung, and expects to make its first shipment to ASML next summer. Komatsu claims much of its installed base is being used in scanners."<<<

Lets see 3 ... plus one .... plus the Toshiba trial laser .... that's 5! The really important thing mentioned is that "Komatsu claims much of its installed base is being used in scanners. Does anyone ever get a queasy feeling when they hear someone "claim" any accomplishment. Also, given Lambda Physik's emerging failures it doesn't appear that Cymer's 97+% market share for all lasers will be going down anytime soon, not to mention its virtual 100% share of production units.

It's another happy day

Good Luck To Each And All
