This ex-dividend chase-around reminds me of an African joke about a He-ant who's...er, let's say... riding the she-elephant. She's making makes some noises, unconnected with the occasion of course, which however he (mis)takes for something else, bursting out in elation "Suffer, baby, suffer"

BOB'z not too BiG with only 9,000 share average daily volume. Lookz good otherwise. Here's a couple of REITs paying big divz you may want to look at, MHX & MT. MHX just authorized a buyback of 10.5% of their shares. MT has good insider buying and should announce their Oct div soon. I hope REITs are bottoming as I've loaded up.

Sure miss the take on the indices from the Boyz. Any thoughts from the swamp?
