Yes, but is that the critical factor. The Book says it should, not must, be above the BSL. On the other hand, the Book also says that RS must be positive, which OAKT's is not, nor is the RS positive in the case of 2 of the shakeout pattern charts listed in the DWA "Today's Patterns". Perhaps it is the combination of the 2 negatives that disqualifies OAKT in this case, but I'd still like to get Tom's "artistic" read on this. Just curious.
