Thank you for your response Jorj; however, I need facts, not opinions.

1) No CEO in their right mind would borrow money to buy back the stocks, especially when ECNC is planning to issue more shares for cash.

No one will give Tom the money for free. So, whether Tom get the money in the form of a loan or equity, the dilution is still there. ECNC can only reverse the dilution if it uses the extra cash generated from profit to buy back the stocks (which there are none at this time or the next 3 months). If Tom can get money from the Aussie to buy back the stocks on the open market, he might be able to reduce the float, but not the dilution.

2) If ET&T did buy back shares, it was at chump change. Not the 2M dollars as announced.

3)Regarding the $8M payment to ET&T, it was clearly stated that they were for the PERFECT devices (hardware) at $2M each X 4 devices. Being the host bank, ET&T will make big bucks from the processing, so I have to disagree with your opinion.

Perfectly answered Jorj, and I thank you. Please pardon any over-zealousness on my part. Even Wall Street Directors have this human side ("Hath not an I R eyes, ears, nose, senses..."
William Shakespeare again). Thus, it was just so discouraging for me to see Tom push with the effort of 10 horses - attacking this DILUTION concern; then the R B THREAD reacted so gratefully and yet a shadow then got cast over the much needed light.

Our THREADS must never become the HMSLollipop - sugar coated and veneered. However, though there obviously is a time to challenge, there is also a time to support. There is a time to advise or even chastise the C E O - and yet there comes a time to say: "GOOD JOB, Tom, GOOD DIRECTION; this is the path we want you to take."

IMHO,
Manny Vavolizza
Director of Wall Street Relations
ECNC

Fair 'nuf....I think Tom knows I support him and believe in him to a fault. I think most on the threads realize this....but they also know I keep a look out for trouble and am not afraid to point it out.

But here is a thought.....be glad for the threads enthusiasm for the idea, as well as mine (I do like it and believe it will happen in time....depending on what Tom can work out and when), but would you rather have me throw out the word of caution or someone like re-raise or others of that ilk whose venom we have felt on rb?

hmmmmmm......longer and stronger every day here, personally.
