TheCopperWire We are looking for a big gapper on REIC if the pressure keeps up at the ask, so far the buying volume far outweighs the selling. Current Price .5/.59. MMs are keeping the spread large to make it unnatractive. Buyout is confirmed at $1.8 for REIC. Deadline date for transaction is Oct.15. This does not mean that it will happen then. It could happen at any time between now and then. PFCK, Fresh off Copper Wire: Yesterday The Copper Wire found out some very exciting information about Spin Records. (Owned by Solutions Media). There has been rumor of a Goldman Sachs underwriter and a deal with MSFT flying about. This concerned us, so we checked it out. We were pleased to talk with Wayne at Solutions Media. It turns out that Spin Records has signed a deal with MSFT. Spin Records technology is to be integrated into the Windows Media Player. This is very exciting. Also the rumors that the underwriter will be Goldman Sachs may or may not be true, for they have been meeting with several big name underwriters for some time now and are continuing to do so into the next weeks. Dean Witter was also a name that popped up, though several were named we couldn't write as fast as he was talking. Right now it looks like Solutions Media will IPO closer to the $20s, we hear it may be even higher. The techs from Spin Records are also working with Apple. We hear from Wayne that Apple was not too pleased with the deal signed with MSFT. From what we were getting, Apple wanted this technology for themselves. There have been acquisitions that only add to the value of the company also. What will this do for PFCK? Well, from what we are getting is PFCK will more than meet a minimum Net asset value requirement for a Nasdaq small cap listing. PFCK owns 800,000 shares of Solutions Media. All that will really remain after this is the share price which we believe will take care of itself. Also, this will allow PFCK to acquire financing without dillution. This financing can go toward the future growth of PFCK. We at The Copper Wire were very excited to hear this news to say the least. We will be looking for the date for shareholder dividend of the IPO in the near term future. PFCK shareholders will be getting 1 IPO share for every 100 shares of PFCK they hold.
