One full week into October 1999 and still no sign of contract activity with VLNC. The tech sector has rallied tremendously. VLNC share price struggles to remain flat. Opportunity costs widen. Average annualized return stays negative. Relative underperformance increases. Look at the stream of posts today. The usual cast of characters just can't help themselves from asking to be pummeled.
