Bob, It's a genuine pleasure watching this unfold. TSIG's direction and strategy has been reinforced by the appointments announced in the last three PR's. What is also apparent is how quiet the true longs have been over the past few weeks, as the long wait is almost over. To fill that gap, all the David Letterman wanabees have been chasing each other's tails, providing entertaining comic relief. Fred and I share the understanding and significance of November 23rd. As for those who ask the question "when is the best time to buy", I suggest before October 15th. Please do your own DD as to why. John
