Does anybody think the market is going to drop sharply on the Wednesday after Intel reports earnings as it usually does in October? Remember, the biggest declines usually happen in October, right after Intel reports earnings. I'm not saying that Intel causes this, just that it usually happens that way. The beginning of October is usually good, but come Wednesday, October 13, WATCH OUT!

Of course, there's usually a rally in November and December, but with Y2K looming, I'm not sure it's going to happen this year.

How much profits did AMD make this quarter from their benchmarks?
