Chevy - whosoever the (major) JV partner is not important as the NS government insisting that the sale of Sysco is contingent on NAR/Ti Corp(from the Shubie Sands (good name for a M/Hotel- I got first dibs)(if proven feasible) being the feed component. All your candidates appear plausible even Bombadier. With their interests in high speed rails they could be looking for a secure supply for steel for their cars, rails etc. When they have to quote on a job, they would be less exposed to the vagries of the suppliers, if they can have their own source of supply. That's why the NY Times and other big rags have their own newsprint mills. (just a thought). Winzer
