KALISPELL, MT, Oct. 6 /CNW/ - Further to the press release dated
September 21, 1999, Kazz Industries Inc. today announced that the Arizona
Internet services provider in which it has obtained a minority shareholder
position has released its new name - i360inc.
''We're taking the provision of Internet services to our clients to a
higher level'', said Bill Cochrane, i360's chief executive officer. ''The
name i360 reflects our dedication to the comprehensive provision of robust
Internet services''. Mr. Cochrane, a former Motorola executive, has served as
CEO of i360 since the company's inception in June 1999.
Also announced by Kazz Industries was the appointment of several of its
executives to the board of directors of i360. William S. Morton, Kazz
Industries' President and CEO, has been appointed chairman of the board of
directors of i360. Mr. Morton is also the majority stockholder in i360.
William Stickel, Kazz Industries' chief financial officer, has been
appointed director and treasurer of i360. As treasurer of i360, Mr. Stickel
will be charged with administering i360's accounting, finance, and tax
activities. Mr. Stickel, who joined Kazz Industries on April 1, 1997, will
also continue with his duties as Kazz Industries' CFO.
Tucson-based i360 is a next generation Internet services provider. The
company creates unique value by developing, aggregating, and supplying
Internet services for its clients. The company bundles best-in-breed
web-based services and applications with Internet access and delivers those
services to the desk-top computer and the set-top box. i360 offers customized
