Regardless of the cause of the "outage", it is completely within Dateks power to INFORM its customers that such an even has taken place and will effect their trades. Fundamentally, placing trades on NASDAQ issues during the "outage" was no more liquid than after hours trading. With all the warnings Datek plasters about regarding after hour trading, they needed to tell us about the Island disaster. The final straw...outa here. Ira
