Originally, I understood that the Paymaster/Slick would be use to process the transfers (the technologies were provided by ET&T to make these devices). It seems now that the Epin with pin pad are being used for testing (which they purchase from someone else).

It seems also that 6% does not apply here with the ATM transactions. Who would be in the right mind to pay ECNC 6%? How does ECNC plans to make money from the transfers? If they do, what are the percentage belong to ECNC and how much ET&T collect?

My whole point is...., with all the changes from the original concepts, I have no idea at this point how ECNC plans to generate revenue from this ATM transfer.(how much per transaction, who pay the fee etc..?) I have followed ECNC since the beginning and I don't have a clue. How does ECNC plan to convince an investor to invest money in their stocks without a clear explanation.
