What rumors?

Most likely the rumors relate to Bellsouth losing the bid for Sprint so they must now shop for a long distance company. Both qwst and gblx have been mentioned as takeouts. Although there could be more rumors than that in the mill.

Ron Insana on CNBC reported that Salomon Smith Barney reported to their brokers this morning, that Deusch (spell?) Telecom may have their sights on GBLX and that may be part of the price increase today.
