Well now that the patents are out of the way it should be stright up for this one.Sold @83 the othert day and bought back @70 today.I am also holding on for the long term.

you are looking at the "float". you really need to look at the actual # of shares out there. in addition, you need to look at the TV guide's preferred shares. that adds up to the "touted" value of the deal...
