Well it looks like Francoise has punched out and Frank punched in. Frank, please show me where I said they would never file the 10SB. I may have, and if I did could you blame me. After all, if I had been lied to even once or twice I would have wised up and quit believing their crap, but Francoise must have been lied to 50 or more times about the 10SB and kept right on believing(and touting). Now what I do remember saying is that there is no way they can file the 10SB and get the numbers to match what's already out there. As always, I was right. You ducked it last night, so try again Frank, why do the "audited" financials that ZSUN posted on it's website back in May, not agree with the ones they sent to the SEC and how could you have any confidence in a company that would do something so blatantly wrong. And as long as you're ducking and weaving be sure and again duck me on why the Momentum people received such a small percentage of the shares in the reverse merger. Was it because they already owned the company they were reverse mergering into or because they're a bunch of incomepetent dufus effin morons. CMB
