I agree regarding your marketing comments, the efforts of the past 2 years or so have been rather lame. I think that some of this can be attributed to a desire to avoid the marketing first/product service and quality second attitude of the KE era. Dunn must have really set down the law about marketing expenses after KE's $100 mil debacle.

They must know that they need help in this area or they would not have identified marketing experience as a prerequisite for the CEO position. In the meantime they have "blown" the Clik! rollout.

Since IOM fell out of favor it had always gone in the opposite direction from the big caps. There seems to be only fixed amount of money in the market and are just rotating around.
