Hi Folks! -- Likin' the way the stock has been solidly creeping up. -Have some more words from president Boulay, re. Q's & issues that have been posed publicly on these threads.

Hi Jesse:
Here are some replies for you to post if you wish. Looks quiet out in comment-land. That's OK, I can use a rest.
One commentator mentioned that we had been active in Manitoba. Marum has never explored in Manitoba. About six years ago a prospector sent us some samples and we did a preliminary literature review of an area in Manitoba and even applied for a few claims. But, we terminated the project and the claim application as soon as our due diligence indicated that the prospector had misrepresented the source of the samples and that he had been involved with double dealing claims, i.e. selling them to more than one purchaser. Come to think of it, this was not a Marum deal. It was presented to a private syndicate I was managing just as I was acquiring the Marum control block. So, Marum has never had any involvement in Manitoba at all.

A shareholder sent me a note indicating that one commentator suggested we are front running notice of news releases. He is absolutely right. Our usual custom is to release our news releases between 5pm and 8pm Mountain Standard time. We usually prepare them during the day and like to re-read them in the evening to quietly make changes. After the markets are closed at 2.30pm MST we usually send emails to five or ten long time shareholders (including you) and let them know that a news release is coming later that evening and to pass the word around if they so wish. This results in better new dissemination. Since the markets are closed and we will be releasing the news about 12 hours before they re-open, there is no disclosure problem, in fact it helps the disclosure process. We usually, but not always, copy the message or call up the ASE surveillance people with the same information.

Best Regards
Rick Boulay
