Re Cumine benchmarks,

I just had lunch with Tench. He confirmed the Cumine benchmarks - they were published by Intel in their presentations.

Other quick comments- on his thoughts:

Very Impressed with the new Athlon spec's as well.
Also impresed with the new AMD bus for server apps.
Very unimpressed with the x86-64 approach from AMD.

I am sure he will provide a detailed review when he gets back tomorrow or so.

So yes coppermine is a real nice machine.

BTW he is a very bright young man, and I enjoyed our lunch.
