Jean, OK. Maybe stop trading for a while and just hold a diversified portfolio---including the big cap techs and the stock the smaller growth stocks. Buy and hold usually wins out in the long run.

Reading about techical analysis helps a lot to know which phase you are in on a stocks movement. It's not going to tell you how to get rich, but it can be helpful in your buy/sell decisions. Secondly, be easy on yourself and realize that the market is difficult to predict and saying "I should have" is a standard that you will never win with. Realize some you will be exactly right, some you will be close, and others way off, and everyone is in the same boat so don't try to be something that's impossible. Lastly, Try to learn from each of your investments especially the bad ones, and you will get better over time.
