I concur with all of your points. Unfortunately, Holmer does have few options left if they were to try and negotiate an agreement with a major.

In the not too distant past, Holmer did have a very sizeable war chest. Had they concentrated on at least one property and completed a 'bankable feasability study', we wouldn't be giving away the family jewels for a song.

Who knows, maybe there will be a fairy tale ending and we will all live happily ever after with our profits. Then again, perhaps not. They should tell that to all the shareholders who bought at $1.60 and more with the promise that Cuban Silver could be produced for less than $US 2.00 and sold for $5.50+. I'm sure they are all happy campers by now.
