Ted, as long as people on Wall Street continue to lie, cheat and steal I have a job. I have followed SFLK since January of this year. You should go back and do some research and run. Run as fast as you can from SFLK. All those rosy press releases during the year and only $700,000 in revenue. Why dont you find out what was the terms of the $3,000,000 equity financing? They will never tell you. My prediction is that SFLK ends up in the pink sheets. Why dont you ask for a copy of the audited financials? I have a copy coming from Gerard. I will let you know what I find out real soon. BTW, Gerard had no idea what the terms of the $3,000,000 in equity financing were. I am telling you what it was. Companies that are desperate do this kind of last chance financing. Prove me wrong.
