Matt, glad to see there are those that see easily through the thin veneer of respectability.

I posted many moons ago about the seediness of the Alltech approach. Never traded there, and I will assume the hardware works as advertised. It's the meat grinder method of 'attaining' customers that I don't like. Sign them up if they have the scratch and can operate a keyboard.

This is a tough game, and no one should be misled about it's dangers or difficulties. Maybe there's less of that now that the powers that be are on the case.

Matt, I wasn't referring to Houtkin. Sure, he can sound like a used car salesman and I can understand some people feeling uneasy in dealing with him. Then again, anyone who aspires to enter the trading world better be reasonably well informed about what they're getting into. The branches of All Tech are owned/operated by people who live in their respective communities. And the guys I dealt with I would recommend to anyone. Never pressure to trade excessively. I had days I didn't trade at all. I played with their system well over a month before I ever opened an account ... and the entire time I was welcomed daily as if I were a customer. My point is that you can't necessarily judge a book by its cover (Houtkin). There are decent people who operate some of the branches.
