Go Online Networks. (OTC BB: GONT), announced that ShopGoOnline.com and
RealNetworks have been working together to enhance the ShopGoOnline.com
e-commerce site.

Mr. Naughton said, "Our intention for ShopGoOnline.com is to offer
their consumers 'instant' audio presentations for all products we offer
for sale by November 1st. Consumers visiting our e-commerce website
will no longer need to utilize Real Networks G2 Player to be presented
with this sales feature. GoOn-line.com's technical staff headquartered
in Chico, CA, will utilize Real Networks expertise to 'imbed' the
player to offer buyers a more timely and efficient shopping
experience."

In cooperation with the RealNetworks technical staff, ShopGoOnline.com
has increased its overall streaming server capabilities with an eye
towards future enhancement. GoOn-line is committed to providing a
reliable and scalable audio/video streaming for each of its products.
By combining GoOn-line and RealNetwork's resources, GoOn-line is able
to identify key technical aspects that allowed ShopGoOnline to improve
streaming efficiency by up to 74%.

Additionally, GoOn-line, with RealNetworks input, is exploring other
features of the suite of Real Server products to better serve our
growing customer base. This includes animated graphic introductions in
the video stream for specialty products lines or seasonal events
through the use of .smil and flash technology mediums.
