I've checked in all of the usual places and I cannot find any indication that it has been postponed. They did file a new S-1/A on Monday and it is possible that they are having some problems with the turnaround, though the SEC usually expedites the process at this point.

My guess is that this IPO is not going to get a lot of attention out of the box. I would, however, expect a good pop at the end of the quiet period. I don't think that too many people are cognizant of the turnaround that has been engineered by Jim Porter.

New S-1/A:

This morning Fidelity indicated to me that the new date for confirming offers is Monday, October 11. I will see what transpires between then and now, but most likely I will cancel my offer.

A friend of mine talked to someone at Prudential and was told that they are having a hard time convincing institutions to buy into this deal.
