Subject: EYE DYNAMICS - EYDY Date: Monday, December 20, 1999 10:35 AM In order for Eye Dynamics to retain its status on the OTC/Bulletin Board, we had to file to become a 'reporting' company no later than November 1, 1999. We made that filing on October 28th and have since augmented and amended it as of December 13th. The SEC is taking up to 60 days to respond to these filings because of their heavy backload. In the meantime, we have been removed from the Bulletin Board and all trading that is taking place is similar to the days of the pink sheets, where each broker voluntarily reports his bid and ask price on a weekly basis to National Quotation Bureau. Eye Dynamics is operating per plan with sales revenues ahead of last year by 40-50%. We are enthused about the future, but this interim period until the SEC approves our submission and we are reinstated on the OTC/Bulletin Board, is confusing to investors. The trading is erratic and the prices appear to have very wide swings of bid and ask. We want to restore order as soon as we can after the SEC approval, which we hope will come in mid-January.
