Heinz, the "tightening bias" selloff, retested the inverted H&S pattern that i pointed out last week and turned resistance into support.

i think we are going higher and won't turn back into a bear until i see vix and put/call ratios get back to overbought territory.

Just got home and wanted to ensure the few people that use my site realized I was not able to update it last night. I will try again tonight.

I am only half way done catching up with the posts here so far and haven't even looked at my own charts yet. It appears Don's signal was good once again and my middle tines may have been over shot a smidge but are still valid.

I do think we are following the bullish forks from what I saw two days ago but I am still concerned that this "rally" has been even narrower as far as bullish stocks and most of the pop lately has been in dead cat bounces of stocks that sold off heavily the last few months. I am watching closely to see if the dead bounces continue or stall and if the once loved can re-ignite the flame. The old favorites seem to be mostly treading water excpet for a select narrower few than the previous narrow few.

Good Luck,

Lee
